Founded by G.H. Kelsoe, Jr., in 1956, the firm has helped businesses and
individuals solve their legal problems for over 50 years. Starting with
Mr. Kelsoe's experience in the banking industry, the firm has a strong sense of

District of Texas; 1952, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Judicial District; 1953,
U.S. Supreme Court. Education: North Texas Agricultural College (A.S.,
1943); Southern Methodist University (LL.B., 1948). Member, Southwestern Law
Journal, 1947-1948. Delta Theta Phi. Member: Dallas and American Bar
Associations; State Bar of Texas; American Judicature Society. Practice
